Unique visitors exceeding pre-pandemic levels
Vancouver is – at times – seeing more unique visitors coming to its downtown core than before the pandemic, although overall visits are still trailing.
Downtown Van released data from Environics Analytics’ MobileScapes, collected over the last two years, to monitor the district’s economic recovery. The anonymous cellular data counted visits to downtown retail corridors including Alberni Street, Granville Street, Robson Street, and West Hastings Street.
