Recently expanding to a second location in downtown Vancouver, Broyé Café is a celebration of mouthwatering coffee and Vietnamese culture.
Louis, the café owner, envisioned it as “a place where people could experience the essence of a coffee farm and savour the freshest, most delicious coffee.” Upon entering the café, you’ll be greeted by 1,000 flying cranes adorning the ceiling—a traditional symbol of good luck in Asia. “We hope that every customer who visits our café is touched by this symbol and leaves with a bit of extra luck,” Louis shares.
Named after the best coffee-growing region in Vietnam, Broyé Café draws inspiration from the rich history of Vietnamese coffee, renowned worldwide for its distinctive flavour and irresistible aroma. The café boasts a signature ubemisu (ube & tiramisu) latte alongside a diverse range of other beverages. Complementing their coffee offerings are delicious sweets inspired by Japanese chef Hitomi Syvertsen’s café, Baker and Table. Customer favourites include their moissants (mochi croissants) and unique melon pans.
Beyond their cafe menu, Broyé Café also offers catering services, bringing “the unique flavours and experiences of [their] café to various events, from corporate gatherings to private celebrations.” They also feature their own packaged coffee brand, Broyé Coffee, available in-store or online.
Join Louis and the Broyé Café team for a taste of exceptional coffee, delightful pastries, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that celebrates Vietnamese heritage right in the heart of the city. You can visit Broyé Cafe & Bakery at 530 Hornby St or at their original location at 6414 Fraser St.
